We offer category exclusivity for advertisers, meaning your business will be the only one in your category featured on each community postcard mailing. This exclusivity is limited to one advertiser per category per mailing cycle.

While we make every effort to deliver postcards on schedule, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors including postal service schedules, weather conditions, and production timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoom Local shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zoom Local and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
